There are insurance requirements which will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.

  • A relevant undergraduate degree and/or professional music qualifications
  • Excellent vocal technical skills and strong knowledge of vocal health
  • Well-developed communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to engage and motivate students and foster their love for music

  • Supporting students’ involvement in the College’s curricular and extra-curricular Music programs
  • Preparing students for external music examinations (e.g. AMEB)
  • Creating and communicating a lesson timetable with parents, students and Music staff
  • Liaising with parents and providing feedback on their child’s progress

Child Safety

The College actively promotes the safety and well-being of all students and requires all prospective staff to be suitable and committed to protecting students from abuse or harm in the school environment. The College implements the Child Safe Standards developed by the Office of the Children’s Guardian.
