Early Career Teacher Support

We understand the transition from graduate to proficient teacher is a significant step. Our Early Career Teacher Mentor Program provides structured support coordinated by our Career Development Team.

Each graduate teacher is supported by a Mentor, Buddy Teacher and school leadership team, providing guidance, professional feedback and mentoring as you develop confidence in your teaching practice.
