The Role

The Senior Advisor People & Culture provides trusted, expert advice on people management practices that build and sustain an engaged, high-performing workforce.

You will work in strategic partnership with senior leadership, management, and key stakeholders across our network of schools and Group Office to engender a thriving workforce grounded in Christian values.

Your practical, solutions-focused support will ensure you are a trusted partner in complex people matters, across the full employee lifecycle. The role requires an authentic people-person who can pair HR solutions with stakeholder needs, and with respect to employment obligations.

About You

  • You have extensive HR experience and relevant tertiary qualifications. Your practical expertise is demonstrated through tangible results and a genuine commitment to helping people grow.
  • Collaboration is part of your professional approach, enabling you to deliver impactful outcomes with diverse teams. You empathise, advise, and lead effectively, ensuring strategic objectives are achieved through strong partnerships.
  • You possess strong knowledge of employment legislation and uphold confidentiality and professionalism. People rely on your guidance for sensitive matters, appreciating your sound judgement, integrity and discretion.
  • You have a heart for ASC’s Christian values and mission, making a positive impact that fosters belonging and serves others.
  • You hold a current and valid NSW Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain one) and full Australian working rights – ready to join and make a difference.
