What we’re seeking
Our Junior School Is seeking a dedicated permanent part-time Administration Assistant to join our friendly and professional team. This Grade 3 position is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of school life, ideal for someone who is organised and steady in a high-activity environment, meticulous in their work, and flexible in their approach. You will work closely with staff, students and families, contributing quietly but significantly to the smooth day‑to‑day running of the school. A genuine team mindset, strong organisational skills and a warm, respectful manner are essential, as no two days are ever quite the same.

The successful candidate will:
- Have relevant experience and/or qualifications relevant to the role
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs.
- Has effective interpersonal and communication skills and can work collaboratively and flexibly with staff, students and parents.
- Patience and flexibility when dealing with a range of situations and people, including the ability to respond to staff and student needs.
- Demonstrate the values of Cura-Personalis (care for the individual)
- High levels of confidentiality.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexible and adaptable in approach to work practices and management strategies.
- Possess excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks and work independently.
- Work well in a team.
- Experience working in a similar role is highly desirable.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Possess or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check, and Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect – Education and Care training (RRHAN-EC)
