- ESO Grade 3
- 30 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (0.67 FTE)
St Paul's College is seeking a passionate Co-Educator to support Primary teachers in meeting the identified educational needs of students. This role works collaboratively with teaching staff to enhance student, learning, engagement, and wellbeing.
The Co-Educator contributes to the implementation of educational programs, including support for students with diverse and additional learning needs, and assists with classroom, administrative and supervisory duties. Working under the direction of teaching staff and within established routines, the position uses initiative and sound judgement to support student progress, foster a positive inclusive learning environment, and contribute to the effective functioning of the College.
