Your Responsibilities
We are looking for an educator who:
- Actively supports the Catholic ethos in a Josephite school
- Demonstrates contemporary pedagogy in teaching and learning
- Contributes positively as an effective team member in an R-12 staff
- Demonstrates sound practices in creating and maintaining supportive and safe learning environments
About You
You’ll be a great fit as the teacher in our school community if you are enthusiastic, have a love of learning and enjoy working as part of a team.
We encourage all applicants; 4th year education students through a Special Authority to Teach (SAT), beginning teachers and experienced teachers who are looking for a change.
You’ll need:
- Current Teacher Registration in South Australia and relevant demonstrated knowledge and experience (or a willingness to gain a SAT).
- High level interpersonal skills to interact positively with the school community and be a positive role model and professional representative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to work collaboratively within a team environment and effectively teach students to achieve required learning outcomes.
- Willingness to actively and positively uphold and contribute to the culture and ethos of the School.
The successful candidates will be required to undergo our screening process, which includes a Working with Children Check, E-Screen, Applicant Declaration Form and RRHAN.
