Year 5/6 Teacher

This Year 5/6 teacher, full-time (1.0 FTE) fixed term / contract position commences on Monday 27 July 2026 and concludes on Friday 11 December 2026.

• The ability to nurture a positive classroom learning environment with a strong emphasis on student wellbeing and inclusion
• A commitment to implementing explicit, evidence-based pedagogies and practices with high engagement routines
• The ability to employ inclusive practices and differentiated instruction to support learners with varying social, emotional and academic needs
• A dedication to nurturing a safe, controlled and inclusive learning environment with a focus on positive wellbeing

About You

• Current SA Teachers Registration
• Ability to use data to inform teaching and learning outcomes
• High level of emotional intelligence
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment and openness to ongoing learning and continuous improvement

The successful candidates will be expected to undergo our screening process, which includes a Working With Children Check, CESA e-screening + Applicant Declaration Form, First Aid and RRHAN-EC.
