The Opportunity
We are excited to share that Xavier College is seeking a Campus Principal at Riverlea Park to commence in Term 3 2026. A rare and significant opportunity to lead the establishment of a new campus within a thriving, future‑focused community in northern Adelaide.

At opening, the campus is forecast to serve approximately 300 students, supported by 40 staff, with long‑term enrolments projected to grow to 1,400 students.
Xavier College operates as a Catholic co-educational multi-campus College. Campus Principals lead the life and work of their campus, while sharing collective responsibility for the success, coherence and sustainability of Xavier College as a whole.
As the Riverlea Park Campus Principal, you will:

- Implement high‑quality R–6 learning programs, with a clear pathway for future R–12 growth
- Engage deeply with families, parish and community partners
- Work collaboratively with the College Principal, Executive Leadership Team and other Campus Principals as a member of the Xavier College Executive Leadership Team.
During the establishment phase, the role will initially be based at the Gawler Belt Campus, working closely with College leadership to ensure the Riverlea Park Campus is fully prepared for opening.
