Year 5 Classroom Teacher (Replacement Contract)

We are looking for a dedicated Year 5 Classroom Teacher to join our team for a 6 month replacement contract commencing Term 3, 2026 (July 20).

What You Will Do:
- Lead Year 5 students through a dynamic and engaging curriculum
- Incorporate Christian teachings and values into lessons and daily classroom interactions
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom culture
- Encourage personal growth, resilience, and a love for learning in every student
- Collaborate with a team of passionate educators and supportive staff
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about student progress
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified and enthusiastic teacher with a genuine love for working with children
- Experience in teaching upper Primary (preferred, but not required)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster a caring and nurturing environment
- A proactive approach to lesson planning, assessment, and classroom management
- A commitment to the ethos of Christian education
