We are seeking an exceptional educational leader to join our Leadership Team as Director of Learning and Teaching P–12. This is a pivotal role responsible for shaping the School’s learning culture, leading curriculum innovation, and ensuring excellence in teaching and learning across all year levels. This is a full time role offering an Ongoing Teaching Contract overlaid with a 5 year leadership POL tenure.

You are an inspiring, future focused educational leader with:
Demonstrated experience in curriculum leadership and pedagogical excellence
Deep knowledge of Victorian Curriculum, VCE and contemporary learning research
Proven ability to lead change, build high performing teams and foster a culture of growth
Strong communication, relational and organisational skills
Commitment to the values and traditions of Sacred Heart education
About the Role
This Leadership role will provide the opportunity to:
Guide whole school curriculum direction, innovation and alignment with the Strategic Plan
Model exemplary practice and lead pedagogical improvement Build capability, lead performance culture, mentor leaders Ensure high quality programs, documentation and reporting P–12 Lead analysis of NAPLAN, VCE and internal data to improve outcomes
Oversee VCE operations, SEAS/Special Provision, and career education partnerships
Strengthen relationships with students, staff and families
Collaborate to shape school direction and operational priorities
