Hervey Bay State High School is currently seeking full time teachers for an immediate start where possible until the end of term 4, 2026 with the possibility of extension. The school has fully implemented the Flex-Connect framework to maximise staffing and enhance student outcomes. This role offers the option to compress working hours, allowing a full-time workload to be completed onsite across four days per week.

- Science / Mathematics Year 7-12 - temporary/full time, commencing 11/05/20026 - 11/12/2026)
- English (Year 10) / Humanitites and Social Sciences (Year 8-9) - temporary/full time, commencing 11/05/20026 - 11/12/2026)
Extensions are a possibility for both roles.
