The role of the Principal SAP Developer is to provide development services, expertise and technical consulting working in a complex SAP landscape encompassing multiple SAP systems using a variety of development technologies
including ABAP programming, UI5 Custom
Developments, Fiori, ABAP Web-Dynpro, CDS Views, Workflows and PI. Aligning with our future requirements, the role will also need skills on Integration Suite and ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model.

About the Role
Financial Business Systems is seeking an experienced SAP Developer who has proven experience in:
- Advance ABAP development including Object Oriented ABAP Programming, ABAP Web Dynpro, Smart Forms, Interactive Forms, workflow development and CDS views.
- UI5 Custom Applications Development and Fiori Launchpad Administration.
- Assessing SAP notes for problem solving and security patching.
- Providing development support and enhancements of on-Premise SAP systems, including ECC, SAP NetWeaver, Process Integration (PI), Fiori framework.
- Working experience with RAP programming model, designing CDS data models with appropriate service exposure and UI integration using Fiori elements.

- Has relevant experience and has a proven record of delivering quality solutions in a complex SAP landscape.
- Seeking a self-starter with strong time management skills and able to manage multiple activities and projects concurrently
- An advocate for SAP best practices and applies best developmental principles.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Minimum 8 years ABAP programming experience, including:
- A minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations
- Experience with assessing SAP notes and understanding it's applications.
- Delivering quality services and/or solutions that meet business requirements and ensure that goals are accomplished in line with business objectives.
- Provide technical consulting and support to the team.
- Providing knowledge transfer and mentoring other developers as required.
Desirable attributes include:
- Knowledge of working with SAP FI, MM, PM and PS functions.
- Good exposure to Business Technology Platform and Integration Suite
- Usage of the Business Applications Studio (BAS) suite.
- Experience with RESTful Application Programming Model in S/4 Hana.
