Administration Assistant & Receptionist (Leadership Team)

Position Details:
Ursula Frayne Catholic College is seeking a Receptionist/Administration Assistant to Leadership. The role will be based at our Joachim campus in Victoria Park which caters for students from Year 7 to Year 12. This is an full time fix term role with the potential to becoming ongong for the right candidate.
Selection Criteria:
To be considered for this role you should have the following capabilities and qualifications:
• Significant previous experience in Reception or Administrative roles.
• Demonstrated customer service excellence.
• Experience working in a fast-paced front office environment.
• Strong administrative, time management and organisational skills.
• Strong adherence to confidentiality and prior experience in handling confidential information.
• Administrative experience in supporting senior leadership roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc).
• Valid or willing to obtain - "Provide First Aid" and "Basic Emergency Life Support" certification.
• High attention to detail and compliance awareness.
• Ability to contribute towards a positive and respectful team culture and model professionalism aligned to College expectations.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Previous experience within a school environment and familiarity with CEWA systems is not essential but will be viewed favourably.
